This package is priced per individual space (single room).
Suitable for one room up to 30 m²

A visual‑focused interior design service created to help you clearly understand and experience your space before moving into technical drawings or renovation works.

This package builds on the initial concept stage and translates the agreed design direction into realistic 3D visuals, allowing you to confidently assess layout, proportions, materials and overall atmosphere.

What’s included:
An initial design consultation to understand your space and brief, followed by concept development and a curated presentation moodboard.
You will receive up to three high‑quality 3D visual render views of the space, carefully composed to communicate the design intent, material choices and spatial layout.
Colour palette, material direction and key furniture and lighting suggestions are included to ensure a cohesive and well‑considered result.

This package is ideal for clients who want to visualise their space clearly before committing to technical drawings, procurement or construction.

Please note:
This package does not include AutoCAD technical drawings, construction documentation or detailed joinery and bespoke furniture drawings.
These services are available within our Full Design Package.

Scope & Limitations:
This package is priced per individual space and is suitable for one room up to 30 m².
A maximum of three 3D render views are included.
One round of revisions is provided to refine the agreed design.
Larger spaces, open‑plan layouts, additional views or further revisions may require an adjusted fee.

The 3D Visual Interior Design Package is delivered digitally as a presentation document.
Typical delivery time is 15–21 working days per space, depending on project scope and complexity.
