Shipping and Delivery


We will endeavor to despatch your order the same day if ordered before 10am (GMT) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 10am (GMT) Monday to Friday will be despatch the following business day; orders placed after 10am (GMT) on Fridays will be despatched the following Monday.


What are the shipping costs?


The cost of delivery will appear at checkout once you have entered your delivery details. The cost is for one despatch, regardless of the size and number of items chosen and is based on the following:

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

All our products are wrapped in tissue and presented in a complimentary gift box. We then safely pack all your purchased items in a non-branded despatch box, ready for delivery.

In the instance that an item does not fit within our gift boxes we do our best to ensure that the item is still presented in a way that enhances the gift giving experience.

 

When will my order be delivered and can I track my order?

Delivery times will depend on the options you select at checkout and the destination country. You will be able to track your orders when you sign into your account. You will also receive updates from our carrier partner when your order is on its way.

As each item is unique and has different needs when it comes to shipping, the exact sum will be calculated at checkout as well as estimated delivery times.

 

What happens if my delivery is late?

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays, adverse weather conditions, or higher-than-anticipated demand. Please note, during particularly busy periods, such as a sale, orders may take a little longer to get to you.

 

Can I shop VAT-free from abroad online?

Yes. International customers can continue to shop online with us VAT-free. With everything from Deco Moore Studio is available for international delivery, you can send your order to 130 countries and regions around the world, including Europe, North America, Australia, the Middle East and China.

 

How does Brexit affect my purchases?

For UK customers, Brexit will not affect your purchases and you can continue to shop as usual.
For European customers, due to changes in international shipping charges, all orders being shipped to an address in Europe (excluding UK) placed after 31 December 2020 are VAT exempt which is calculated at checkout.
Our international customers from outside the EU can continue to shop VAT-free online with no changes. You are also able to shop via our Tax-Free Shipping service, which allows you to shop in store for tax-free delivery to your chosen international address.

 

Can I still shop from Europe? What is different?

Due to changes in international shipping charges, all orders being delivered to an address in Europe (excluding UK) placed after 31 December 2020 are exempt of VAT and taxes and local duties will be charged by the courier.

 

Do orders contain customs and duties?

All orders are exempt of taxes and duties when shipped outside of the UK. VAT will be automatically deducted on orders at checkout where applicable.

Please be aware items shipped internationally are subject to custom duties and value added tax fees set by the destination country. These charges vary depending on the country and they are not included or calculated at our checkout. Payment for these duties will be requested by our shipping provider. Please note the shipping company might require proof of the receiver's personal information such as EIN, IRN and SSN for customs clearance.

We do not take responsibility for any delays that might incur during this process.

What happens if my order gets stuck in Customs?

Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties payable, but may be able to advise on the likely costs.

Please also note that the recipient of the delivery may be contacted by local customs offices to help clear the goods.

Customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery of your goods, especially if the local customs office has difficulties getting in touch with the recipient.

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure the delivery contact details are accurate and the recipient is expecting the parcel.

If you are sending the parcel to a third party, for example as a gift, please note that they will be responsible for clearing the goods through customs. Please ensure they are made aware of this and that the delivery details, especially the telephone number, are theirs and not yours.
